Orders cancelled before production starts may be refunded in full or in part (case by case). Completed or delivered jewelry is non-refundable, except in special circumstances. Exchanges may be allowed within 7 days of purchase, only if agreed upon before the sale. Repairs, resizing, and modifications are available at a cost. International customers must cover all shipping costs for returns, repairs, or exchanges.
